Season 1 covers the first 30 chapters of Wool - the book has 82 chapters
Men and women live in a massive silo underground, where various regulations are in place that they believe are designed to protect them from the toxic and ruined world above ground. Whether they're exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are what science fiction is all about.

It's refreshing to have multi-dimensional characterization in a science fiction series
The silo's carefully and brilliantly realized set is complemented by outstanding acting performances - especially from Rebecca Ferguson. It's a real achievement to bring the sense of age and crumbling societal stratification in the silo so vividly to life.
I hope the second season combines such talented production values, acting and writing
Being based on a good book doesn't always guarantee a good film or series, but in this case the series is a standout achievement in its own right. Rebecca Ferguson is outstanding in this film, as she was in Dune 2, and will be worth it.
More of that, please!
Tim Robbins brings the character of Bernard Holland brilliantly to life.
