A horror web series crew goes to an abandoned mental asylum for a live broadcast. They encounter more than they bargained for as they delve into the nightmarish old building. The filmmakers were unable to get permission from the South Korean government to film in the actual hospital, so the film's scenes set in Gonjiam were actually shot at the National Maritime High School in Busan, with the production team faithfully following the hospital's floor plan to recreate the exact same exteriors and hallways. Charlotte keeps looking to the side when the group is in front of the hospital. She's obviously responding as she smiles at whoever it is. References De Volta à Casa da Colina (2007). Definitely worth a watch if that's what you're after. The acting was great and funny! I felt like I actually cared about the characters. The premise is very interesting, but some scenes seem to be inspired by Grave Encounters. I was hooked right from the beginning, but towards the end things lost their meaning... I had the feeling that they rushed things and didn't bother to explain anything... but it was a fun movie!
